The 500 Glasgow Airport Express service runs to Glasgow City center, starting from Stance 1, and the 300 bus to Clydebank and Paisley Gilmour Street train station operates from Bus Stop 6. Bus line 66, traveling to Paisley Gilmour Street rail station, stops at Bus Stop 7. Bus Stop 8 is only used for the 747 bus service to Partick. Bus Stop 9 is reserved for the 925 Skye and 800 Largs services.

Glasgow Airport Express 500 connects Glasgow Airport with Buchanan Bus Station in the city center and goes on to Glasgow Central train station. It runs every 10 minutes, taking 15 minutes either way. Glasgow Central train station links to the rest of Scotland and UK destinations. Queen Street train station connects only to other Scottish train stations.

To get to the Glasgow Airport Express stop from Glasgow Central train station, take the Union Street exit, turn left on to Union Street, take the third left on to St Vincent Street. The bus stop is directly ahead, signposted with a green airplane logo. The walk takes ca 3 minutes.
